- ·Privacy consent record and accepted policy version.
- ·Submission timestamp and IP address (for fraud prevention).

- ·Device and operating system information.

Applicant data is retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission, unless earlier deletion is requested.
Log data and IP records are retained for up to 12 months.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
